CSR's are great!

I called your support yesterday and got a CSR who said that the problem I had could easily be handled by going to the service desk at Home Depot. She thought it might be a blade misalignment. Assuming that HD would be too busy I got out the tools and realized that was the problem. Quickly and easily repaired, I continued with my lawn haircut.

I've heard of being out of balance, but what is blade misalignment?

Glad customer service was able to help identify the problem and you got it fixed so quickly!

With the video I posted about the mower with the vent, it would be easy for the blade to be tightened incorrectly with that half moon notch washer.  If you lose that washer, well...  Another story all together.

I do wonder about the advice to go to the HD Service Desk. They generally do not make adjustments or repairs, as they are not resourced for that. I would suspect that they might want to send it to the "Authorized Repair" depot.
