I seen Honda is partnering with EGO to sell some of the Ego stuff under the Honda brand. I wish Craftsman would do the same, Ego would have a lot more floor space then Home Depot has.

With Sears' questionable future, I'm not too sure about that? Yes the Craftsman name has been given new life, but I thought that was just for hand tools... I didn't see any reference to their OPE?

Some new articles just came out. CRAFTSMANS main supplier of corded/cordless power tools is trying to back out of their contract. Sears is claiming it is paying their vendors and all the negative press isn't helping, but who knows.

STANLEY BD can manufacture hand and power tools under the Craftsman name, at the same time Sears retained rights for now to still develop and manufacture too. I think rebranded Ego equip would be a huge boost for Craftsman.

Even if it wasnt rebranded and just sold at Sears it would pull a lot more people in, I dislike Home Depot and in my opinion they barely carry anything of Ego's in store.

This will likely never happen, but I can hope haha

Erik, I like your idea as I have been a HUGE Craftsmans tool owner for many years - before switching over to EGO.  There is a Sears Hardware store by my house, that would do well if EGO products were in their store space ... :-)

Erik, I am aware of Chervon and Craftsman.  I am in total agreement with you on floor space for EGO in Sears stores, but not sure if this will ever be possible in our lifetime ...

Blue, I emailed the idea over to the guy at Sears/Craftsman he said he always appreciates a good lead. Now if one of the moderators on here sees this thread, it wouldn't hurt to pass the idea along at Ego/Chervon! Wouldnt hurt to have a conversation with Craftsman!!

Yeah.  Greenworks manufactures tools for Snapper's 60V and 82V lines, but they are not the same models as are in Greenworks's 60V and 82V lineup.  They are of similar, but different design.  Snapper has a unique blower design, and Kobalt has a unique mower design, but both are manufactured by Greenworks's manufacturer, if not by Greenworks itself.
