Chris did a great job taking care of our problem with Home Depot today. Apparently the manager Tony at the Home Depot in Vista California doesn't even know the warranty information for his own products. Chris called the store and notified Tony how he should of taken care of us. Thanks Chris!!!!

Im not sure. For the customer its a refundable $20.00 fee as long as its covered by the 5 year warranty.

Chris is definitely awesome, i had the pleasure of dealing with him a few days before Christmas and we got the issue with my lawnmower situated very nicely.
