This may seem like a silly question, but the 25% charge light on my rapid charger stopped working, can it be replaced? All the rest light up as the charge reaches that limit and all are green when fully charged except for the 25% one.

Official Response
It probably could be replaced, but if your charger is less than 3 years old it's still under warranty. Give EGO CS a call and they can help you.
They can be reached at 1-855-EGO-5656 (1-855-346-5656) from 8:30AM - 8:00PM EST (Monday - Friday) & 10:00AM - 6:00PM EST (Saturday & Sunday).

These bulbs are LEDs and therefore an electric sense (1 + and 1 -)
Two possible solutions
- One of the legs of this LED is poorly welded
- This LED has been mounted upside down by the factory

Without removing the warranty, a visual quick check can be made:
- Look at the 2 welds on the back of this led
- Look through this led to see if not mounted upside down.
After he may have other problems but I think of this in priority
Sorry for my bad English because I am a french

If it worked previously, but then stopped, it is either a poor/broken solder joint, or a burnt out LED. If it matters to you, call customer service.
