Charger quit working suddenly

I charged my battery this morning and used the blower, afterwards I tried to again charge the battery. It began abut after a minute it quit and gave me a falshing red light. Ive used this charger about 6 times. Called their customer service number and was put on hold. after 5+ minutes they offered a call back.it's 2:34 pm on Saturday and I have waited for the call back for over 30+minutes. any advice???

Don't wait for the call back, stay on hold until you speak with a live person. (Also, call near the beginning of their day 10:00AM (Saturday and Sunday) to minimize hold time).

Flashing red light means your battery is probably bad. This will happen if it's too low of voltage to charge or the battery is reporting a problem to the charger.

I have had this happen and was able to charge the battery later. Also I know I have been able to charge batteries in this case on a standard charger.

I believe the rapid charger sometimes will think too much when charging while the standard charger doesn't.
