My 14" saw made it almost 18 months to the date. Just quit, changed battery, nothing. Hadn't been use a lot. Original chain and hasn't needed sharpening yet.
Any ideas?

If you have another EGO (even if a 2ahr) battery, plug it in for a test run without loading. If saw chain doesn't move you need a multimeter and someone with electric knowledge to help you determine whether to fix or replace..
