cannot register product online; product does select on registration web site

Sorry to hear this, Richard! We've run a system health check and everything seems to be running smoothly. Additionally, I was just able to successfully register. What you've experienced is usually the result of a browser extension (security-related or an ad-blocker). Please try clearing your cache and give it another shot. Let us know if you're able. Thank you so much Amber. I had my Ad Blocker on, which was the problem. I turned off the blocker, and the site worked perfectly. A suggestion: along with the photo of the product, perhaps you might also list the appropriate model numbers, I had to search a little, not a problem, but would have saved me time.  All set now, all registered. Happy.
