I drive an electric car that has a Level 1 charger that plugs into a regular 110 outlet. Can I use this to recharge my car battery?

If it plugs into a 110 outlet it should.  The station puts out  2000W.  I have not seen a per outlet limit
How many watts does the charger draw.

http://www.evelectricity.com/charging/

A standard 120 volt electrical outlets that takes eight hours to charge a Chevy Volt can supply about 1400 watts per hour!!

ok, I do not think anyone is expecting a full charge of their car - rather an emergency situation.
So, is there a reason it will not work for a limited/partial charge

Here's a chart from Energy.Gov showing some typical wattage needs for items including a level 1 charger. Looks like it is less than 2000W so it may work out.

if it runs the charger, the question then becomes for how long and how much of a charge will the car get.
The power station will run 1000W continuously for about 1.25 hr using (4) 7.5 batteries.  So, how much of a charge can the car get in 30-45 minutes ?

That's a good question. Maybe for a top off if you are out somewhere and just need a bit to get back. You'd definitely need more batteries to feed the beast while it's charging the car for any length of time.
