Can I run the power snowblower on brick pavers without it scratching the pavers?

No way it will scratch it. Also the scraper shouldn't catch the papers unless they arent flat to the one next to it.

Aren't the scraper paddle a consumable part?  I am sure they would be softer than any paver or brick.  Where you have to watch out is if you have loose stones on the driveway that the paddle will catch and that could leave a mark.

How about the two sides at the bottom of the blower that touch the ground? Will it scratch the pavers? As I think it's made of steel. Also, can we put on any skid shoes on?

No the sides do not scrap the pavement and yes you can add skid shoes
