Button for "upload receipt" does not work. How do I upload my receipt to register my product?

I am trying to register my string trimmer and blower, but for some reason I cannot upload my receipt. It does nothing when I press on the button.

Hi Gonzalo,

You can try using a different internet browser (Google Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer etc.), but if that doesn't work you'll have to get in touch with Ego Customer Service and they can get your tools registered for you.

Yeah, it seems like the website doesn’t play well with some security or ad block extensions. Try disabling those or just try a different browser. That’s solved the problem in the past.
