Magnetic broken pieces and flying out will not work now! Customer service was supposed to call back 3 weeks ago, never did. I want my money back. Now I have a $500+ lawn ornament.

Three weeks ago would have been around Memorial Day, when customer service was overwhelmed. Did you just call the one time? Don't just sit back and be passive. Call back, or send an email.

If you bought the mower recently and it's within Home Depot's 90-day return window, take it back and exchange it for a replacement.
