Bought this mower and either the charger or battery is defective right out of the box.

Right out of the box setup charger and when plugging battery into charger it communicates with the battery then after about 30 seconds the 25% light blinks red indicating a defective battery. I would have purchased a second battery at the time I bought the mower but individual batteries were not for sale at the store. Guess I would have to call customer support about getting a replacement battery/charger? Kinda disappointing this doesn't work right out of the box.
