Blower charger not working

Charger not working. How can I get another one? Was bought at Home Depo and was told I had to deal with the manufacturer. It is under 2 years old. Please help!

Your charger has a 3 year warranty so you are good to go. Give EGO customer service a call. Best to call early in the day to avoid hold times.
They can be reached at 1-855-EGO-5656 (1-855-346-5656) from 8:30AM - 8:00PM EST (Monday - Friday) & 10:00AM - 6:00PM EST (Saturday & Sunday).

My charger clicks with green blinking light.  This seems to be a common problem with this charger; as I can read online.  I have been on the call for over 15 minutes.  Just endless hold...waiting for the next representative to pick the line.

I tried three times today, and was on hold for 30 minutes each time.  I need my charger replaced.  Have had less than 2 months......

It's the first day back after a long holiday weekend. I expect they may be playing catch-up.

If your charger is only two months old and you bought it from Home Depot, it's within HD's 90-day exchange period. You could just return it to the store for an exchange.

Otherwise, Customer Service will ship you out a replacement once you reach them. My experience is that their shipping is pretty fast.
