In my previous post, I gave "HIGH PRAISES" to EGO Customer Service (CS) and still love their products.  An "area of improvement" I like to see is their packaging technique.  I received a "damaged" battery charger with my new backpack blower, and CS was "super" helpful in shipping me a new charger.  When the package arrived, however, it did not have any "bubble wrap" to protect the content.  We all know how "rough" delivery companies can be, so the "lack" of protection could cause major damage to the content(s) - which in the end, could cost EGO more money to ship out a replacement part(s).
