Best recommended line for 15" string trimmers?

Is there an existing post that summarizes the best recommended line for EGO 15" string trimmers? If not, share your recommendations here. I'm expecting this to be for the 0.095" size.

I read one mention of ECHO Black Diamond. I see ECHO has a Cross-Fire line. I've seen other brands at Home Depot and Lowes too. I see that the EGO brand is about twice as expensive as other brands.

I tend to look for good value (not always the high-end, but not the cheapest either). I'll be using it around my home on a 1/2 acre neighborhood lot -- assuming I get the green light from my wife to splurge and get a new EGO trimmer (grin).

Thanks in advance.

I found Ego's line to be too brittle. I was happy with Echo's basic line but eventually settled on Husqvarna's Titanium Force line. It holds up well and is about $13 for a 250-foot roll at Lowe's.

The EGO line was ok especially if I was careful around hard objects. There were some weeds and vines that it would not cut. Rather than break it would fray. Of the many different recommended top trimmer lines I was able to find the echo Crossfire the least expensive. I tried it yesterday. It cut all the weeds and vines that the original trimmer line would not. It's noisy and makes a whirring sound. Low-speed seems to cut as well as high did with the original line. High is almost like a brush cutter. The most amazing part , I went through a full battery charge and didn't have to bump out line even once. Crossfire is the only one I have tried. I don't think I'll be needing to try anything else.
