Battery wouldn't charge

I purchased EGO Lawn mower last year and it works great, I am 100% satisfied. The only down side: my battery stopped charging last week, when I put battery on the charger, I don't get any lights on the charger. I've tried calling customer services however, even after waiting for a long time, I am unable to get through. can you please help?

Hi Asim,

Ego's Customer Service department has been extremely busy the last few weeks. I know it's not much comfort when you can't get through to them, but they even have extra staff on hand to handle the influx of calls in this busy season.

All I can offer is to keep trying... maybe during less busy times like early in the morning?

Do you have another battery you can use in the mean time? I'm sure once you get through they will have you back up and running in no time.
