Battery won't charge

I got mine only 1 month ago and used it only 3 times. Suddenly the battery is flashing red and the charger is solid green and starts only 1 sec before stops. The battery is drained and just won't charge. I switched outlet several times, plug and unplug several times and nothing helps. Call the customer center and nobody pick up the line.

I think there's been something going on with their phones the past couple days.  I'm surprised that no one from Ego has responded to this post already.

Got connected last night and I had a very pleasant experience. I was told that I should be getting both new charger and battery  in 5- 10 days. Hope to get them soon.
