Devon in customer service was extremely helpful in solving my battery issues. It took awhile to work through these issues. But EGO does stand behind their products. I will continue to purchase EGO products. Thanks Devon for taking care of my issue.

He took 2 of my calls and then refused to respond. Twice. I've waited on hold twice for him to not help me. Probably the laziest person I've ever met that wont take a support phone call.

Hi Bryan, sorry to see this. EGO CS is some of the best in the business. 
However, this forum is really more to help people who might have a problem with their equipment. Is there anything we could possibly help you with? Describe the problem with as much detail as you can and provide any troubleshooting you may have already tried.
