Help! My mower/battery/charger is just a litttle over a year old. I purchased because I am a female senior and could not pull the cord on gas mowers. My battery will only charge for about 10 minutes then first LED blinks red. How can this be defective after only a year? Any help?

It is a holiday weekend and you will unlikely get any response until Monday. You are still within your warranty so if there is an issue they will take care of it.

Best to call them on Monday though.

Official Response
Hi Denise, thank you for your post and we are sorry for the delay in responding, but we were closed for the Holiday weekend. I actually replied to your email earlier this morning letting you know we'd love to assist you but you didn't include your phone number in your email. If you could either give our customer support center a call at your convenience, at (855) 346-5656; we are open until 8pm ET today and throughout the week. Or, if you would prefer to just reply to the email I sent you earlier with your contact information, one of our EGO specialists will call you back at a time convenient for you.

I talked with customer service and they are replacing the charger/battery even though the battery is now charging to 75%. Thanks for the prompt resolution to my issue.

I'm happy to hear that, Denise, and it is no problem at all! Please don't forget to email or call us back when your new items arrive so we can update the serial numbers.
