When I place my discharged 56v battery (red indicator) on my charger, the charging light briefly shows on green bar then all 4 green lights come on. The battery is still dead and the charger does not initiate a charging cycle. What’s up?
John, I would contact Customer Service in the morning to have them diagnose the problem. If the charger is defective, then they will send you a replacement charger. This occurred to me last year as well, and EGO took care of it - so you are covered!
