Had mower since November it work great, except yesterday the Battery will not charge Starts to go and then in a few seconds the red light comes on says defective? What do i do now can you help ?

Hi Deanna! Thank you for your post and we are sorry to hear that you are having with your battery, and/or charger. I was able to locate your account, but there is no phone number listed int he account. I also noticed that the serial number you entered for your mower upon registration is incorrect, as it should start with a U13 or U14, followed by 7 digits. Please either give us a call at 855-346-5656 so we can troubleshoot further over the phone; -or- send an email to with your phone number and I will call you back to assist you today.
