  • I started using my new Ego Power mower and new batteries in the Summer 2016.  In August 2017 the large battery will not hold a charge and is not working.  the manual says there is a 3yr limited warranty.  I've had it for two years.  I have been on hold for 30 minutes for customer service???? I don't think anyone is home!  What must I do to get a replacement battery for this one that has failed.  56VBattery 4.0AH. Please Help.  Those batteries are EXPENSIVE!!
