My battery will not charge, It flashes red the whole time.

Hi Shonda, thank you for your post! We're sorry that you are having issues with your battery. Upon looking into your account I see that you called in this morning and spoke to Dora, who has placed an order for both a replacement 4.0 battery and 30min charger; just because it is difficult to tell which one may be defective. when your order arrives, please give us a call back at 855-346-5656, or email us at, with your new serial numbers. Lastly, you will also receive one pre-paid return label via email within 4-5 business days so you can send back your current battery and charger.┬áPlease send back both the battery and the charger in either one larger box, -or-, pack them in separate boxes and tape the boxes together using the one return label. Fed Ex will accept two boxes securely taped. Should you have any additional questions in the meantime, please do not hesitate to contact us!´╗┐
