I am having problems with my batteries.  I have four batteries - three small and one large.  I charge them completely, with the slow charger or with the fast chargers - But each of them has died (at times) after just minutes of use.  We'll say five minutes to give you a number.

The next time I use them they may last the expected time or they may die quickly.

I have tried using the small batteries with the mower and the large battery but "at times" I get the same results. I've also tried the same test with my weed eater and get the same results.

Anyone else having a similar problem?

Oh and btw - the small batteries are very hard to eject from the mower at times, that needs to be on the "fix" list.

Official Response
If your batteries are not holding the charges, this could be the charger and/or battery issue.  I would contact Customer Service in order for them to assist you with the diagnosis, and replace them if you are still in the warranty window.

They can be reached at 1-855-EGO-5656 (1-855-346-5656) from 8:30AM - 8:00PM EST (Monday - Friday) & 10:00AM - 6:00PM EST (Saturday & Sunday).
