I got the 21 in. 56-Volt Lithium-ion Cordless Self Propelled Lawn Mower from home Depot 2 months ago. After using it 2 times, it stopped working. The battery seems to be not charging. The battery percentage does not go beyond 25% no matter how long it charges. The blinking Green light goes off as soon as i t is disconnected from the charger.
Took the battery to home depot they asked us to check with manufacturer. Not sure how long it takes for them to provide a solution.
I hope to do one more round of mowing before winter.

Battery/charger problems are something the CS team can deal with rather quickly. I would give them a call to discuss.

For future reference, your first action should be a call to Ego CS. They will tell you if they can resolve your issue or whether you need to visit the service dept at Home Depot.
