I love my Mower and Trimmer.
Battery issues now though after use over two summers. Quick discharge in about 10-15 minutes. Had hope that the battery would last longer than 3 years though. What is the policy on repair and replace. I am also pretty sure that I registered my products, via the mail in postcards.

Also, the handle latches that pop out during operation and cut the motor. I am not sure much can be done to keep those little green boogers in side rails, but I would recommend revisiting that design, like inside of the rail on one side, and outside on the other.

Please let me know if there is anything that I can do.

FYI, I live near Ft Worth TX, and mow about .10 acres from about April to mid-September.

1) If your battery is under three years old, AND you have your receipt; give Ego a call and they will replace the battery.  If you don't have it, you'll need to buy a new battery

2) Use this thread to determine if you have the upgraded clamps; if you have your receipt, they'll send you a replacement set, if not, you'll need to pay (I think it was $20) for them (also if your warranty is expired):
