I have the leaf blower. Worked Awesome until the battery just died. when I put it on the charger, it just flashes red. I bought it at home depot shortly after they started carrying your products. Less than 2 years ago... I don't have the receipt... what am I to do?

Hi Dave! No worries that you have not yet registered your EGO blower, battery, and charger; we can still register them for you. Please either give our customer support center a call at (855) 346-5656, and have the serial numbers for your products ready when calling; -or- send an email to support@egopowerplus.com with a good contact number and one of our EGO specialists will call you back today.

Emailing us your serial numbers would be great, thank you Dave. Also, I just wanted to point out that we would love to be able to troubleshoot over the phone with you when you are in front of your products, because we want to identify whether it is a battery or charger issue (or both). The best way for us to do this is to speak with you directly. We are available until 8pm ET throughout the week so if you are able to call us tonight that would be great. Or, if you'd like to include your number in the email you are sending with a more convenient time that we can call you back, we are happy to do that as well. We look forward to speaking with you.
