NOTE: When not in use, a 56V battery should be stored in an enclosed area where the temperature will not drop below -4°F (-20°C). Optimal charging temperatures are 32°F - 104°F (0°C - 40°C).

Michael, most garages aren't heated, but mine is well insulated including the garage door. The temperature during the Winter doesn't get below 42° and all my lithium batteries are kept in the garage as well as my chargers. When checking fuel gauges after stored over Winter, the most power drop has been 25%.
