Back to Work and Ready to Cut Grass!

We took a year off to prep for our Son coming and re-work the entire business and operations right down to the name.

Now that He is here (Woot!) its back to work and were super excited.(I know our clients are too!)

We will be kicking off the season with a new name and upgrades.

We wanted to give a Thank You! and a shout out to EGO we reached out last time and they answered the call.

For this season year we will be purchasing the backpack blower (Upgrade from the 1st gen hand held) this is going to make leaf clean up so much easier on the arms lol.

The 21” self propelled mower (Upgrading from the our 20” that was provided by EGO”)  self propelled more lawns more dough!

The new rapid reload straight shaft string trimmer (Upgrading from the CORE gas-less cgt400) this is gonna be killer the CORE was good but lacked power and variable throttle.

We are loving the new equipment thats coming out from the the EGO camp!

Since you use your EGO equipment commercially and, I assume, frequently, how have you found the repair support from EGO/Home Depot? Or do you have another route for repairs?

Honestly we never had any break downs per say.
All we had to do was keep blades sharp and batteries charged (Which we have a Oregon blade sharpener that we purchased to help keep the costs lower (Its paid its self off already).  
Thats the beauty of running fully electric!  
The products held up extremely well to the abuse of being through commercial needs.
Now that being said once we had a small concern regarding a smell coming from a charger. We called up EGO customer support and explained the situation. They directed us to a local shop in my area that does repairs for them on site.
Turn around time was 2 days!
It turned out to be some residue in the charger when is was made, the guy cleaned it up and never had a problem since then.
EGO has amazing customer service.
