I purchased most of the EGO products some months ago with a spare battery. Over the last few weeks, I've noticed that one battery in particular (the spare 4 Ah) does not seem to hold a charge. This doesn't discourage me in the least. All batteries are made in China and it's pretty common to get one that fails. I called customer service and in less than 3 minutes we were done and the new one is on its way. I wish I could remember the name of the young lady that helped me. She knew her products and was super efficient and nice on the phone. Great job!!
