We are an environmentally friendly lawn care company and are extremely disappointed in the EGO equipment. While they have sent me multiple new pieces they just continue to break. Now that we are beyond the one year warranty, there is not much I can do. I have taken pieces to the local Home Depot service center and they have had ZERO success getting any of the equipment to work correctly.
Here is a brief list of the equipment sitting in our shop unusable.
3 Mowers, 6 batteries, 5 blowers, 5 weed trimmers, 4 chargers, 3 hedge trimmers.
We have spent thousands of dollars on this line and it just doesn't appear to be commercial grade at all. I have asked EGO to have a representative reach out to me to discuss, but I never get a call back.
