I called Ego support for the first time today for a battery issue. My representative (Brittany) was a huge help. She immediately knew what the issue was and went above and beyond to order a replacement for me. I'm extremely satisfied with the knowledgeable help I received and although I hope I don't have any further issues, I'm confident that if I do, Ego support will be there to help.

While HD CS is considered good, I found EGO's and this forum to be one of the best, and the fact that they have to contend with inventory mismanagement of an otherwise solid product, and the speed and level of good-natured assistance speaks volumes in terms of long-term customer satisfaction.
