After two mowing sessions and two charging processes, the battery refuses to take charge. The charger works, but battery light goes off.

After two mowing sessions and two charging processes, the battery refuses to take charge. The charger works as it should. On the battery the green light comes on for a moment, then nothing happens. I have repeated the process several times, but nothing works. I even put the battery back in the mower and the mower comes on Ok. But will not charge in the charger.

Hi Emery, that is not normal operation for your battery (and maybe your charger) but you're in luck. You're definitely covered by our 3 year warranty on your battery/charger. Give us a call at 1-855-346-5656 and we'll troubleshoot a little more with you and get you the replacements you need.  We look forward to hearing from you.  We're here Monday through Friday from 8:30AM - 8:00PM EST  (Saturday and Sunday from 10:00AM - 6:00PM EST).
