A great spot for an owner label on batteries

The rectangular indentation on the underside of the battery is a perfect spot to put a “property of” label. It keeps it protected from wear from sliding in and out or handling during use of the chain saw or trimmer, avoids blocking cooling vents, and keeps the battery looking as sexy as it was designed to look. I printed mine as a QR code so someone can scan it and just click on the phone number.

Nice! I bought a few batteries off eBay and I put s square of painters tape in the same spot so I can mark which of my batteries are “mine” with warranty and which are second hand.
That reminds me, I’ve got one tool and battery like that - I need to do a label with the “unauthorized reseller’s” phone number on it. Thanks, I almost forgot!
