My charger is blinking red indicating a defective battery. I called customer service and wasn't even able to explain my problem before I was turned away because of not registering my product when I bought it August 2017. I am very disappointed with customer service. Based on several positive reviews, I was expecting to have some troubleshooting help. However, this was not the case for me. Any suggestions of what my problem might be? I used this battery a total of 6 times before it snowed.
