Jeff, there seems to be others experiencing this same problem.

There was a reply from the Ego rep just two weeks ago that they are still looking into the problem.  I would suggest calling customer service.

battery model is BA1400  Serial NBA02161108779  I purchased to EGO products.  Trimmer and Blower.  Not sure which product the battery was with.  Have tried both chargers and same issue.  FYI after 5 days still flashing green.  Trimmer NST11161108779  Blower NLB03160947636.

Do not have time to sit on phone to wait for a rep.  Hopefully via email or chat this can be solved.  Not all that pleased so far with new product and issues. But hopefully resolved quickly.  One battery and two devices not working out too well

Please reply to the email our team sent yesterday. They need a bit more information to resolve this issue.
