Bought the 530 CFM Blower last year and it was immediately evident that once the blower extension was inserted, it was extremely difficult to remove. I have limited Storage space, so this is an important issue for me. Home Depot agreed there was an issue with the super tight extension and provided me with a new, complete blower. It was not as tight as the origional, but was definitely snug and required a lot of fighting and pulling to remove it. I gave up removing the extension after every use and tried to remove it yesterday and it cannot be removed. Am I missing something here? Has anyone else had this issue?

It does have a click/lock tab/button - other than that should come off fairly easily.

I will check mine tonight to see if there is any thing else to it.

Try putting a little dielectric grease on the inside of the tube. It won’t harm the plastic and should ease removal.
