5-month old 530 CFM 58V EGO Blower Battery Problem

Purchased the 530 CFM 58V EGO Blower from Home Depot Feb 2018, the battery died completely on 7/06/18. Home Depot  wouldn't do an in-store return without my contacting EGO first. Very displeased with Home Depot.  I called EGO and connected to Paisley who proved to be very helpful, patient and professional. Expect new battery via mail 5-7 B-days.

Home Depot has 90 day return policy.  5 months is way beyond that.  EGO will gladly handle your warranty from this point on, through the end of your warranty.
EGO takes care of their customers, as you've just found out  :)
