I have a 5 Ah battery that came as one of two with the snow blower I purchased last year. The battery will not accept a charge on either rapid charger that I have. Other batteries also charge fine on those same chargers. The behavior of the possibly bad battery is the same on both chargers - The 25% light will blink at about 1 Hz on the charger, and the light on the battery will pulse green intermittently.  It seems like this battery will need replaced, but I am willing to test further or try any resets that you might recommend.

And you are sure the battery is run down far enough to need to be charged? I think if it's depleted less than 25% (right around that number) it won't charge. I should say that's been my experience with my batteries and chargers. Might try running it in something until you are sure it's well discharged (red light on the tool comes on, for example) and give another try on the charger.
If that doesn't work:

The battery has a 3 year warranty so just go ahead and give Ego a call at  1-855-EGO-5656 (1-855-346-5656) from 8:30AM - 8:00PM EST (Monday - Friday) & 10:00AM - 6:00PM EST (Saturday & Sunday) and they will send you a replacement battery.

Call early in the day to avoid long hold times.
