I have used my snow blower 3 times very successfully and very happy about it's performance including yesterday. We had more snow last night and I went out this morning...nothing. The auger is not stuck and the lights will not even turn on. I had charged both batteries this morning.
I called customer service and without any question they are sending out a new one to me. I am happy about that but disappointed that there is an issue and I have to wait 5-10 days for my new one.
I then had to go out and shovel in -3F weather for 90 minutes. Not thrilled about that but at least I got my workout in for the day.
They are asking for the old unit back and I hope they do some digging into it to find the issue and fix it. I really want their products to work well and most importantly, I do not want my father-in-law to think my battery craze is as weak as he thinks it is.
