My 4.0ah battery that was included with my 20" mower regularly overheats when mowing my lawn. Both my 2.0ah and 2.5ah batteries do not seem to have this problem. Is this something I should submit for warranty claim?
Hey Generic Email Yes, if you battery consistently does not perform properly and you have proven it is not a problem with the tool or application by using other batteries, then you certainly should contact ego customer service about getting the battery replaced under warranty.
