I really hope EGO considers a 30inch push mower application. I have a couple time masters from TORO for my lawns. Everything else I own is ll ego but the current push mowers aren't enough for my capacity. I would love to see a 30 inch push self propelled mower with two or even three battery slots! PLLLEEASSEEEE EGO!!!!

EGO isn't in the commercial market and the cost would be prohibitive.

I've heard some rumors (or maybe they were wishes) that EGO might do a commercial line someday.

They really need to establish a reliable/fast repair/warranty/replacement network first.   Maybe a regional on the road repair team and an overnight system for parts would help get a quick turn around of broken machines.

Folks - especially lawn services - don't want to have their machinery down for over a week.

Also - some EGO Repair/Maintenance Schools at Home Depots would be helpful for owners of residential and commercial machines.

Most commercial users have their own shop and do their own repairs/maintenance and warranty situations mean loaners or instant replacement.

EGO is starting a commercial line in 2019. No mower yet but lots of innovative tools coming our way. Check it out: http://commercial.egopowerplus.com

Ego has already announced their commercial line of tools, available spring 2019:

No mower in that series yet, but you never know what's coming!

Apparently the commercial series requires the backpack battery; a whole new way to work. Hope it catches on quickly because it would benefit development of better and more residential products.

I have worked at Home Depot for 5 years in tool rental. In that time I have seen 1 return of a Ego mower, that was because someone bought it and returned without the battery. I personally, have 2 Ego mowers never with 1 minute of trouble.
Hugh number of Honda returns and a lot of Toro, especially Time Master.
99% of returns and repairs are for customer abuse.  Manufacturer guidelines for cleaning and maintenance are totally ignored.

David thanks for the insight. The customer abuse confirms suspicions about some of the posts on this forum.
