2.5Ah Battery Now Available on Home Depot Website

Just noticed that the 2.5Ah battery now appears on the Home Depot site, ready to ship. And the much anticipated price point... $149.

At only a $20 premium over the 2.0Ah battery, it really seems like a great deal. 25% more charge and 0% more weight for 15% more money... pretty compelling value proposition!

My mistake... I missed when that one came out because I was looking for the 5 or 7.5Ah batteries. I did search before posting and didn't see any mention of it here though. Sorry for the unnecessary post in all my apparently unwarranted excitement.

But I think it is a good deal, and I would definitely buy the 2.5Ah battery over the 2.0 or any tool bundled with it. Maybe explains some of the secrecy leading up to the release.

Cool.  You can be excited about it....lol.  I want to know the price of the 7.5ah like yesterday.
