Question regarding the status of your tool's repair at Home Depot?
Call 1-855-284-3349.
This is the number for Home Depot's warranty department, where associates can instantly search for and assist with your service cases.

As always, we are happy to help with the rare situations where a repair is taking longer than our established guidelines. However, moving forward, if you call EGO's Customer Service department looking for a service update, they will direct you to this number, too. We have established this new and improved method for our customers to receive news in efforts to further streamline the process.

So, if we buy a tool from someone other than Home Depot (but still an authorized dealer) how would one obtain service if it were needed? Would we still be able to go through Home Depot, or would we have to send back to the original retailer? Just curious, because I've been contemplating buying from Cantrell who is located on the west coast, but I live on the east coast.
